Any order placed with the online shop www.flamenqueo.com necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale of the Cajones Flamencos shop www.flamenqueo.com in force on the day on which the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Client recognises that acceptance of these conditions implies their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to all subsequent orders, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are brought to their attention by the online shop www.flamenqueo.com. The fact that the online shop www.flamenqueo.com does not have recourse to any of these terms and conditions at any given time shall not be construed as or be equivalent to waiving recourse to them in the future or in the past.

The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, shall be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public policy provisions to the contrary.

PRICES

The prices published in the online shop flamenqueo.com are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change in VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of products for sale in the online shop flamenqueo.com Once the payment of the product through the online shop flamenqueo.com, you will be sent an invoice which will reflect all the data of both the company FLAMENQUEO, as the customer buyer, which will be well detailed products, prices and taxes.

GUARANTEE

All items sold by FLAMENQUEO, have a two-year warranty period, starting from the same day that the sale is made, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, being excluded from this warranty products with breakage, damage or wear due to misuse and operation of those items and products that have been subjected to improper and irregular use, or that due to misuse have been subjected to excessive and forceful work loads, such as broken flamingo drawer lids due to the use of unsuitable utensils, scratches due to the improper use of different types of drumsticks or other utensils, sagging flamingo drawer lids due to climbing on them or putting excess weight on them, erosion of the varnish due to spilling harmful products or due to the friction produced by use, wear and tear of the legs due to successive dragging on narrow floors, etc.

To be able to choose and make any claim on any product, it is necessary and essential to keep the purchase invoice and thus be able to check that it is within the deadline and within the warranty. Therefore, we recommend that when you receive the product, carefully check the packaging, and if you find any type of damage, we recommend that you photograph the box before opening it and if possible with the delivery person. In addition to these recommendations, please note on the delivery receipt of the transport agency, any problem detected in the packaging, such as a breakage, deformity, moisture, anomaly or blow that can be perceived in the box. Please note that the deadline to complain to the transport agency, established by law, is 24 hours from receipt of the order. It is important to know this detail because once this period has elapsed, it would not be possible to make the relevant claim due to incidents in the transport. It should be made clear that this period only and exclusively affects claims arising from the transport of the Product and logically does not affect the two-year guarantee period offered.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

The customer has the right to return the product even if it is in perfect condition within 7 calendar days of receiving the order (according to art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January 1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002 of 19 December 2002).

You only have to comply with certain requirements:

-Items that are in factory-sealed and sealed packaging will not be accepted for return.

-The product must be in perfect condition and logically unused.

-The return must be made without exception, in the original packaging and without any type of damage.

-The expenses derived from the shipment, as much in its going as in the return, are at the expense of the client who executes the return.

Online Dispute Resolution.

In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the resolution of online disputes between the seller and the buyer, without recourse to the courts of law, through the intervention of a third party, called the Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two. PURCHASING PROCESS

DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a welcome greeting and a confirmation document with the details of your order to your email account. And once the shipment is made, we will attach a tracking code and contact with the transport agency in case you need to make any queries.

Some of our products have shipping included in the price (shown on the product), as long as the destination is in the Peninsula (Spanish Territory). In the case of choosing other destinations or delivery method, the price of your order will be increased. And if we do not offer the information you are looking for, do not hesitate to contact us through any of the ways shown on our website.

Delivery times depend on the method you choose. Generally the deliveries will be of 24h, as long as the departure is made from Monday to Thursday, in the case of leaving on Friday, within the marked price, the order would arrive at your home on Monday, having the possibility of receiving it on Saturday, via urgent and previous notice, having a surcharge for urgency.  If you want to make a shipment to a destination that does not appear on our website, please contact us and we will send you the required information. Please note that in some areas there may be additional costs of customs duties or taxes unknown to us.

This payment option is only possible for products that are NOT personalised or that have NO changes with respect to the standard model. These conditions shall be governed by or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly established. Both parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the buyer's domicile any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these Conditions.

In the event that the buyer is domiciled outside Spain, the seller and buyer expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals closest to the town of Malaga (Spain).
