DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a welcome email and a confirmation document with the details of your order. And once the shipment is made, we will attach a tracking code and contact with the transport agency in case you need to make any queries.

Some of our products have shipping included in the price (shown on the product), as long as the destination is in the Peninsula (Spanish Territory). In the case of choosing other destinations or delivery method, the price would be adjusted in your order, according to the percentage applied by the transport agencies. And if we do not offer the information you are looking for, do not hesitate to contact us through any of the ways shown on our website.

Delivery times depend on the method you choose. Generally, deliveries will take 24/48 hours, as long as the chosen product is in stock.  If you want to make a shipment to a destination that does not appear on our website, please contact us and we will send you the required information. Please bear in mind that in some areas there may be additional customs duties or taxes unknown to us. 

IMPORTANT: In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla... or other areas where there is CUSTOMS, the "DUA" expenses will be paid at destination by the customer. Regardless of the shipping and handling costs that are stipulated in each area, which will also be paid by the customer. Except in Peninsula, which has no additional cost for the customer, being free.
